About me

I am a PhD candidate in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at UT Austin, where I am fortunate to be advised by Sanjay Shakkottai. During my time at UT, I have also enjoyed collaborating with R. Srikant, Ayalvadi Ganesh, Abishek Sankararaman and Daniel Vial.

My research interests lie broadly in the fields of machine learning, optimization and networks. In particular, I am interested in developing efficient and reliable machine learning tools for real-life applications, and characterizing their theoretical and empirical behavior. My PhD thesis has focused on designing and analyzing communication-efficient decentralized algorithms in various multi-agent bandit settings. During my undergraduate degree, I worked on performance analysis of wireless networks.
